Sawing
We feature two large capacity CNC automatic band saws and three smaller fully automatic PLC based band saws.
The CNC saws allow us to process material in large bundles exactly as they come from the steel mills with no lost time unbanding and restacking to fit smaller machines. We are able to cut large I-beams and other structural members to very accurate lengths with perfectly square ends. They also help to maximize material usage by programming multiple part lengths from a single portion of stock.
